The mission of A Plus Food Training L.L.C. is to provide innovative training programs to individuals who work in the food and beverage industry. Our training programs provide individuals with the required knowledge and competencies to be successful in their careers. A Plus Food Training L.L.C. is committed to providing high-quality training programs that focus on the importance of food safety, allergen awareness, alcohol awareness, and sexual harassment prevention in the workplace.
A Plus Food Training L.L.C. offers the following training courses to employees of food and beverage establishments as well as businesses that sell and serve food products, such as grocery stores, hospitals, and schools:
- Allergen Awareness Training
- Food Handler Training
- Food Manager (Sanitation) Training
- BASSET (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training)
- Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
A Plus Food Training L.L.C. developed the Food Handler, Allergen Awareness, and Sexual Harassment Prevention training programs. These programs have an accreditation issued by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB). These programs are offered as an instructor-led or online course.
The ServSafe curriculum is used for the Food Manager (Sanitation) course. The Food Manager (Sanitation) course is approved by the Chicago Department of Public Health.
The BASSET training course is approved by the Illinois Liquor Commission.
All in-person workshops are held at locations throughout the Chicagoland area. Private classes are available for a group of employees.
