A Plus Food Training L.L.C. reserves the right to revoke (invalidate) a student certificate if the student violates a policy or receives a security violation.

Invalidating Certificates

The following are a list of items that constitute a violation:

  • Student cheated on the exam

  • Student distributed or sold the exam to others
  • Student assisted other students on exam
  • Student misrepresented their identity during class
  • Other violations as noted by the instructor

An investigation will occur if any of the items above are found to be true. The investigation will typically take about 7 business days and will be conducted by the President or Vice President.  If after the investigation it is found that the student violated a policy or had a security violation and was already issued a certificate, the certificate will be invalidated.  A certified letter will be sent to the student notifying them that the certificate is no longer valid.

A certificate may also be invalidated if the student has a balance on their account.  If a student pays the course fees with a check or credit card and it bounces due to insufficient funds, a service fee of $30 will be charged to the student in addition to the amount they owe for the class.  If full payment is not received within 30 days, a letter will be mailed to the student as a reminder.  The student will receive an additional 15 days to pay the balance.  If the balance is not paid by then, A Plus Food Training L.L.C. has the right to work with a credit collection company to retrieve the balance owed by the student.  Additionally, A Plus Food Training L.L.C. has the right to invalidate the certificate for non-payment once this situation occurs.  When and if the balance is paid in full, the certificate will be reinstated.
