A certificate may also be invalidated if the student has a balance on their account. If a student pays the course fees with a check or credit card and it bounces due to insufficient funds, a service fee of $30 will be charged to the student in addition to the amount they owe for the class. If full payment is not received within 30 days, a letter will be mailed to the student as a reminder. The student will receive an additional 15 days to pay the balance. If the balance is not paid by then, A Plus Food Training L.L.C. has the right to work with a credit collection company to retrieve the balance owed by the student.
