The ServSafe curriculum is used for the Food Protection Manager (Sanitation) course. A Plus Food Training is also an approved training provider for the City of Chicago. The Food Protection Manager course is approved by the Chicago Department of Public Health and accepted nationwide, making it a trusted food safety certification option across all 50 states.
The BASSET training course is approved by the Illinois Liquor Commission.
