This is a 4-hour course that provides the fundamentals of responsible alcohol service. Students will be issued a certificate from A Plus Food Training and a BASSET card from the Illinois Liquor Control Comission if the student scores 75% or higher on the exam. The certificate is valid for three years.
The topics of this course include:
- Alcohol laws and responsibilities
- Recognizing and preventing intoxication
- Checking identification
- Dealing with difficult situations.
